I first discovered the brand Jouer Cosmetics about 3 or 4 years ago when I first saw Desi Perkins and Nikki Tutorials use the shade “Buff” in one of their tutorials (wow I can’t believe I still remember the exact name of the shade they used). I was instantly hooked. I went to their website to learn more about their brand. I love the fact that they are cruelty-free and offer some vegan products. Unfortunately, the shade Buff was out of stock at the time (thanks to Nikkie and Desi). I was still interested in trying out their products. I ordered different shades and I am so glad that I did.
Some shades are very similar to each other
The range of colors is on point. The smell is addicting. They glide on the lips effortlessly and beautifully. They feel very lightweight and non-tacky. I found them to be super long wearing and easy to apply on. Some shades are more pigmented than others, so you probably will have to apply two layers of the nude shades to get the maximum amount of coverage. Let it dry before you do the second layer. Their moussy texture is so comfortable and easy to work with. They smell just like vanilla frosting and baked cupcakes. They’re amazing!
