The formula of these lip liners is amazing! Can we take a moment and appreciate the packaging… it’s so artistic and unique. It feels so luxurious, and each lip liner includes a sharpener inside the box.
They glide on so smoothly like butter, and the staying power is unreal. You will need an oil-based makeup remover to remove these babies. I love the formula and the overall product, so I will give it a 10/10. The price point is on the expensive side of things but I’ll definitely repurchase.

Now for the Permagel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil in Xtreme Black, I found it to be very pigmented but it’s comparable to other ones on the market like Marc Jacob’s Highliner gel crayons and Tarteist double take black eyeliners.
If you are on the hunt for intense black eyeliner, pick one up. However, I didn’t find it to be super long wearing. It didn’t irritate my eyes and it didn’t smear or slide around which is always a plus. I would give it an overall 8/10
